Responsibilities
- Lead the data strategy and governance to ensure data integrity and documentation.
- Drive timely and accurate delivery of service data to enhance negotiation processes.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into innovative, scalable platform features.
- Manage prioritization and resource allocation across teams to mitigate data-related challenges.
- Define and report key metrics on data accuracy and its impact on business outcomes.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing data and analytics team committed to operational excellence.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in data or analytics within healthcare, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on setting priorities and managing team dynamics.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims and payer contracts.
- Proficient in interpreting data and financial models to strategize business decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with both client delivery and product teams to support data needs.
- Proven track record of mentoring and growing team members.
- Background in operational excellence and process improvement within data environments.
