Responsibilities
- Develop and launch SharePoint sites with user-focused architecture.
- Craft visually compelling layouts and navigation frameworks, ensuring seamless user experience.

- Audit and enhance current sites for optimal efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate messaging into engaging digital formats.
Skills
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online site management and design.
- A strong grasp of permissions, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to design with clarity and user accessibility in mind.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and robust project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Background in digital design or UX, enhancing communication strategies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive design practices.
- Basic skills in HTML/CSS for site customization and governance model implementation.
