Join us as a Senior Event Production Manager to lead and execute top-notch event strategies, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement alongside overseeing AV and hybrid event strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors, including budget analysis and timeline preparation.
• Design and implement high-caliber set designs and production strategies for key leadership and signature programs.
• Travel to event sites to manage onsite production, including vendor coordination and speaker support.
• Provide strategic guidance on AV strategies for hybrid events and collaborate with stakeholders and planners.
• Oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
• Collect and create production assets and facilitate post-event evaluations to consolidate feedback and refine processes.

Skills

• Proven expertise in managing high-caliber event productions with at least three years of experience.
• Exceptional project management and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience with virtual and hybrid event technology, including streaming and registration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cvent and event planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel for up to 30% of the time to oversee event executions.
