We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by developing innovative solutions that enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UX design.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.
- Maintain a cohesive design language across products by leveraging existing design patterns and guidelines.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, interaction design, or user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing past UX projects.
- Ability to create clean, visually appealing designs that adhere to user-centered principles.
- Strong communication skills to present complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, cognitive psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare domain and understanding of the prior authorization process.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative design practices.
- Involvement in the UX community through meet-ups, conferences, or workshops.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and user interaction analytics.
