Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UX design.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.
• Maintain a cohesive design language across products by leveraging existing design patterns and guidelines.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, interaction design, or user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing past UX projects.
• Ability to create clean, visually appealing designs that adhere to user-centered principles.
• Strong communication skills to present complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, cognitive psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare domain and understanding of the prior authorization process.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative design practices.
• Involvement in the UX community through meet-ups, conferences, or workshops.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and user interaction analytics.
