We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead payer relations strategies and negotiations within our organization, driving measurable improvements and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive payer negotiation strategies across various markets
- Drive measurable improvements in reimbursement by setting and owning KPIs
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with payers
- Lead renewal and lifecycle strategies to enhance retention and grow reimbursement
- Ensure all contracts are accurately integrated into our proprietary technology platform
- Collaborate across functions to align strategies and expectations
- Guide and develop a high-performing payer relations team
- Deliver structured, high-level reporting on negotiations and contracts
Skills
- Expertise in payer contracting and negotiations, with over 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to negotiate reimbursement agreements effectively
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models such as FFS and value-based arrangements
- Experience in leading complex negotiations across diverse markets
- Capability to interpret claims data and financial models
- Leadership experience in managing or mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leveraging data analytics for strategic negotiations
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance contract management
- Familiarity with diverse reimbursement methodologies and market trends

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
