Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate in a transformative life insurance sector initiative. This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain scenario testing tools as we upgrade our policy administration system.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine Excel-based tools for scenario testing to ensure accuracy in product lifecycle analysis.
- Monitor tool performance, implementing improvements for greater efficiency and usability.
- Support product development by providing thorough documentation and communicate findings with clarity.
- Engage in Agile methodologies to align efforts with team objectives and deliverables effectively.
Skills
- In-depth understanding of life insurance products and their functionalities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex functions and formula creation.
- Knowledgeable in compliance requirements, specifically IRC Sections 7702 and 7702A.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Excel VBA, enhancing the capabilities of testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes and methodologies.
- Understanding of QA review and testing protocols, including scenario design and technological impacts.
