Responsibilities
- Create and refine journey maps and related materials, aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and lead workshops, ensuring that outcomes are well-documented and action items are addressed.
- Engage actively in agile meetings, contributing insights and ensuring tasks are aligned with sprint objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure journey insights are effectively implemented.
- Monitor journey performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
Skills
- Extensive experience in journey mapping or customer experience roles.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead specialist workshops.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and active participation in related processes.
- High proficiency in journey mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- A background in experience design or product management.
