Responsibilities

• Create and refine journey maps and related materials, aligning them with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and lead workshops, ensuring that outcomes are well-documented and action items are addressed.
• Engage actively in agile meetings, contributing insights and ensuring tasks are aligned with sprint objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure journey insights are effectively implemented.
• Monitor journey performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.

Skills

• Extensive experience in journey mapping or customer experience roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead specialist workshops.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and active participation in related processes.
• High proficiency in journey mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• A background in experience design or product management.
