• Experience working effectively with mid-level and senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Expertise in sourcing methods, with a knack for making impactful cold calls.
