Join the team as a Invoice Migration Analyst III, where you'll play a pivotal role in our system migration projects. You'll coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data for migrating third-party labor invoicing systems.
- Identify and correlate Statements of Work (SOWs) with relevant resources for invoicing migration.
- Facilitate supplier engagement to confirm their invoicing channels and preparedness for migration.
- Assist suppliers in the onboarding process for new systems by collecting necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with invoicing standards and monitor Third-Party Administrator agreements execution.
- Prepare and deliver migration templates while supporting data integration into production systems.
- Maintain accurate records of migration activities and provide regular updates to project leads.
Skills
- Exceptional analytical skills focusing on data validation and reconciliation.
- Strong communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience using tracking tools and templates.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Background in procurement operations or contract management.
- Experience with large-scale system migrations or process transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba platforms.
