We are seeking an experienced CXO Programs Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and execute high-impact executive programs within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of CXO Experiences and executive programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines, work plans, and execution checklists for multiple concurrent programs.
- Manage event logistics, including registration workflows, agendas, speaker coordination, and presentation logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Production to track dependencies and deliverables.
- Ensure operational accuracy and documentation across various tools and platforms.
- Conduct post-program evaluations and maintain thorough records for future reference.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in program management or event operations, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments, with a background in customer-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with global or multi-region team dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
