Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions to enhance user interaction and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with product teams to outline use cases and requirements.
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and design mockups to convey interaction designs.
- Adopt a user-centered approach, leveraging market analysis, feedback, and usability data.
- Maintain comprehensive user-interface documentation and specifications.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from various stakeholders.
- Work in tandem with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in design, with an online portfolio available.
- Expertise in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Strong analytical skills to convert customer insights into effective designs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, and TV products.
- Familiarity with diverse user research techniques including remote testing and A-B testing.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping and design tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
- Master's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent fields.
