Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive recruitment for various IT positions, including software engineering, cybersecurity, and digital product development.
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies using market insights and competitive analysis.
- Advise hiring managers on effective talent strategies and market trends.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with IT and business leaders.
- Ensure fair and inclusive hiring processes that promote diverse candidate pipelines.
Skills
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially for senior IT roles.
- Strong ability to evaluate technical skills and influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in using Workday or similar ATS platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Background in supporting diversity recruitment and inclusive hiring practices.
- Familiarity with contemporary IT functions and tech stacks.
