JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team dedicated to identifying top technical talent that drives innovation. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you'll lead the recruitment of critical IT roles, influencing strategies that foster growth and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive recruitment for various IT positions, including software engineering, cybersecurity, and digital product development.
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies using market insights and competitive analysis.
  • Advise hiring managers on effective talent strategies and market trends.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with IT and business leaders.
  • Ensure fair and inclusive hiring processes that promote diverse candidate pipelines.

Skills

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially for senior IT roles.
  • Strong ability to evaluate technical skills and influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in using Workday or similar ATS platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in supporting diversity recruitment and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with contemporary IT functions and tech stacks.
