We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team and lead the charge in delivering innovative payment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a talented team to drive impactful projects in the financial technology space.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of Real-Time Payments and Zelle transaction processing within the Money Movement Platform.
• Lead a team in creating requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Manage the product backlog and collaborate with various stakeholders to align on product vision and priorities.
• Facilitate communication across departments regarding product development and performance metrics.
• Present product updates and strategies to peers and senior leadership, fostering collaborative discussions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in product management, particularly within payments and financial services.
• Strong understanding of Real-Time Payments, Zelle, and ISO payment standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an agile environment and manage complex programs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product development in an Agile setting.
• Background in competitive market analysis and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and related technologies.
