We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of innovative AI-enabled products that will transform prior authorization processes in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, providing clear guidance to the development team.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that are ready for development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews, ensuring that the team understands project priorities.
- Advocate for end users by understanding their needs and pain points in the prior authorization process.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance product development processes, implementing best practices.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguous challenges.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, particularly in new product development.
- At least 1 year of experience in external market product development.
- Proven ability to build digital solutions and work in agile development environments.
- Strong technical acumen to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payers and regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage ambiguity and work independently.
