JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Jr. MKT eBusiness Project Lead to manage multiple eLearning projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. This role offers the opportunity to design engaging learning experiences and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple eLearning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Track project status and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using various authoring tools.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance course content and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and training managers to refine and improve course materials.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure seamless user experiences and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Document processes, lessons learned, and user feedback for continuous improvement in course development.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in eLearning or instructional design.
  • Strong knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and address user experience issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in multimedia integration, including graphics, audio, and video production.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and course management processes.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in eLearning and instructional design.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
