Join our team as a Business Analyst and play a vital role in enhancing business workflow automation and optimizing member communication processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and identify trends to recommend best practices for business processes.
- Document metrics and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and formulate implementation plans.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure aligned and successful project execution.
- Oversee updates and validate systems to ensure accuracy and compliance in member communications.
- Manage translation requests and ensure the precise implementation of language adaptations in communications.
- Maintain detailed documentation and tracking logs for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Robust project management capabilities with proficiency in handling multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Helios, Predictal, PowerApps, and TDX Ticketing systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
- Experience in managing translation processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
