Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare operations by designing and implementing innovative automation solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions for prior authorization using clinical decision support tools.
- Design and document efficient workflows that align with healthcare guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and drive operational improvements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system readiness.
- Create and deliver training materials to support the smooth deployment of new systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert on authorization procedures, handling issues and recommending enhancements.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Nursing, or Health Informatics.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or health IT as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of utilization management and prior authorization processes.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficient in analytical problem-solving and effective communication.
Preferred Skills
- Clinical background or experience with clinical workflows.
- Experience with integration of authorization systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
