We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and enhancing IT hygiene practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of IT Hygiene initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to assess compliance with established policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Document instances of non-compliance and analyze trends to inform leadership of potential risks.
- Produce and distribute regular compliance and performance reports to maintain transparency.
- Investigate performance patterns and provide actionable insights for data-driven decision making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of IT Hygiene standards.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in developing dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
- Experience with compliance or audit processes in large organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
