Join a dynamic team as a Lead IAM Engineer, specializing in masterminding complex migrations to the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role blends technical prowess with leadership to drive innovation in identity and access management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the migration of enterprise applications to the SailPoint ISC platform, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Architect and configure secure, robust identity solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Act as the primary resource for resolving technical challenges during migrations and implementations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure successful integration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, establishing governance best practices.
- Uphold a culture of integrity and professionalism, contributing to a positive work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on SailPoint ISC.
- Strong track record of leading major migration projects from legacy IAM systems to SailPoint ISC.
- Deep understanding of IAM principles, including lifecycle management and access certification.
Preferred Skills
- Holding SailPoint Professional Certifications like the SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of access governance and regulatory standards like SOX, NIST, or ISO 27001.
