Join us in leading Agile excellence as a Senior Scrum Master, where you'll guide enterprise IT initiatives and foster high-performing, self-managing teams for innovation and success.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring active and productive participation.
- Identify and remove obstacles that could hinder project momentum and team morale.
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices, encouraging self-management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging regular process evaluations and adaptations.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet goals.
- Leadership skills that foster mentoring and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Solid understanding of business and management, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree like an MBA is a plus.
- Professional certification such as PMI or PMP.
- 8-10 years of experience in related roles.
