Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of marketing materials across various print and digital platforms.
• Ensure agility in responding to high-value requests while supporting fast-paced marketing cycles.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide design initiatives and projects with strategic depth.
• Uphold brand integrity and excellence across all communication mediums, fostering the brand's evolution.
• Support go-to-market pieces tailored to sales representatives and campaign-specific needs.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of Macintosh as a primary design tool and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge in print processes, color separation, photography, and production techniques.
• Noteworthy experience in interactive design, web UI, digital strategies, social media, and email best practices.
• Exceptional design capabilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conceptualize collaboratively with writers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retouching and previous work in an agency setting.
• Knowledge in Photoshoot and pre-production processes, as well as PowerPoint design and formatting.
• Familiarity with Wrike for task management and AI applications within the Adobe Creative Suite.
