We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative medical devices. This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects that make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Coordinate efforts across global teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, securing necessary resources and managing budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues as they arise.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in regulated medical device environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electromechanical devices and software project management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment while maintaining productivity.
