Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Coordinate efforts across global teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, securing necessary resources and managing budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues as they arise.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in regulated medical device environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide large, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electromechanical devices and software project management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment while maintaining productivity.
