Join our team as a Technical Product Owner where you will lead projects utilizing Agile methodologies to create innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scopes and timelines, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Facilitate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to enhance team collaboration.
• Mentor team members on Agile frameworks and cultivate an environment of open communication.
• Act as the liaison for external communications, managing expectations of stakeholders.
• Work with product owners to manage backlog priorities and incorporate new requests.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and obstacles to maintain project flow.
• Guide development teams to advanced levels of Agile practice and enhanced productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into impactful product features.
• Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies to ensure successful launches.

Skills

• At least three years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner.
• Strong grasp of software development and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on leadership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is desirable.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile qualifications.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with utilizing data analysis for product development insights.
