Join our team as a Technical Product Owner where you will lead projects utilizing Agile methodologies to create innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project scopes and timelines, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Facilitate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to enhance team collaboration.
- Mentor team members on Agile frameworks and cultivate an environment of open communication.
- Act as the liaison for external communications, managing expectations of stakeholders.
- Work with product owners to manage backlog priorities and incorporate new requests.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and obstacles to maintain project flow.
- Guide development teams to advanced levels of Agile practice and enhanced productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into impactful product features.
- Develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies to ensure successful launches.
Skills
- At least three years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner.
- Strong grasp of software development and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on leadership.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile qualifications.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with utilizing data analysis for product development insights.
