We are seeking a talented Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content based on customer response and retention metrics.
- Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize performance.
- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor program health.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders, analyzing customer behavior and identifying key trends.
- Utilize data mining and model building techniques to capture important insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders in strategic planning discussions.
Skills
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Proficient analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
