We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills of Market Managers and Account Executives.
- Manage and optimize the learning management system, ensuring content is engaging and accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective training solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to identify gaps in training and improve program effectiveness.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design.
- Proficiency in managing learning management systems and creating engaging training content.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in L&D or enablement roles.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Background in hospitality or marketplace business models.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
