Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality assurance activities across multiple development projects.
- Coordinate testing efforts, from requirement reviews to execution, ensuring thorough quality assessments.
- Identify and address gaps in workflow and user interfaces, highlighting risks to the project team.
- Collaborate closely with project leads, developers, and business analysts to optimize project deliverables.
- Manage resources effectively, estimating needs and tracking project health and quality metrics.
Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities in coordinating QA teams and driving communication across projects.
- Proven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing methods.
- Exceptional analytical skills to report on quality metrics and project risks.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to automation testing strategies and an interest in furthering this skill.
- Familiarity with virtual response unit or contact center testing is advantageous.
- Ability to optimize processes and eliminate non-value-added tasks.
