Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the QA team, ensuring quality assurance across the project's lifecycle.
• Coordinate requirement reviews, test script development, test execution, and recaps effectively.
• Identify and address potential risks related to user interfaces and workflows.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to optimize test processes and ensure project milestones are met.
• Engage in strategic discussions with tech leads, PMs, and BAs to drive high-quality project outcomes.

Skills

• Proven leadership experience in quality assurance and project management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and report on software quality and project risks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to prioritize test execution based on impact and importance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in test automation and the ability to guide exploratory testers.
• Understanding of resource optimization for maximum impact.
