We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex projects and programs in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful outcomes while ensuring high standards of project governance and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including scope, plans, and resource estimates.
• Manage project forecasts and costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Lead teams in the adoption of agile methodologies, driving performance and accountability.
• Conduct post-project reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members on project management best practices and tools.

Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-risk IT projects with a strong focus on governance and delivery.
• Proven expertise in agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and foster team development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a ScrumMaster or agile coach, facilitating team ceremonies and measuring performance metrics.
• Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based IT applications and infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are highly desirable.
