We're looking for a dynamic Sr. IT Analyst ready to make a difference by supporting global workflow solutions. This role is all about bringing your project management skills to the fore and collaborating with diverse teams across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the rollout of new global and local workflow solutions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and standardize labeling processes while coordinating with various stakeholders for effective change management.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and improvement of processes.
- Address and resolve urgent requests within the Design Operations stream efficiently.
- Maintain work instructions and manage reports and data analysis for better decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies in packaging labeling requirements.
- Coordinate troubleshooting for complex cases and handle non-standard scenarios effectively.
- Apply ethical principles in daily operations and manage project tasks as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience in supporting deployment and rollout of IT solutions.
- Strong proficiency in process integration and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead and coordinate effectively.
- Ability to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing automated solutions and proposing enhancements within IT operations.
- Background in regulatory and technical affairs related to packaging policies.
- Experience in developing service transition strategies.
