We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Accessibility Supply Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing accessibility features in our listings, ensuring a more inclusive experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply initiatives focused on enhancing accessibility features for guests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable guidance for hosts regarding accessibility.
• Execute workflows to collect and verify accessibility information from listings.
• Identify and support new hosts from the disability community through targeted outreach.
• Optimize the accessibility vetting process by incorporating innovative engagement tactics.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or supply operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marketplace operations or similar roles.
• Familiarity with accessibility concepts and connections to the disability community.
• Knowledge of QA programs and operational tooling.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.
