Responsibilities

• Oversee the product lifecycle for assigned business categories, ensuring all production needs are met efficiently.
• Act as a central point of contact for resolving product-related queries and issues from key partners.
• Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to align product priorities during the production process.
• Provide expert on-set support to guide product-related decisions and processes.
• Manage logistics and organization of products throughout the duration of projects.
• Develop contingency plans for potential product delays or issues to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate cross-channel product connectivity to enhance the overall guest experience.

Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in advertising photography production and coordinating merchandise.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel for on-set support as needed.
