Are you eager to drive Agile success within an exciting marketing setting? We are looking for a Marketing Scrum Master to empower our scrum teams towards achievement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct Scrum ceremonies for one to two marketing teams to ensure seamless Agile practices.
- Oversee sprint organization, manage backlog priorities, and create detailed reports using Wrike.
- Provide support across various marketing channels while fostering a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
- Identify and overcome challenges to boost sprint reliability and team efficiency.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies to establish and nurture an evolving operational model.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Expertise in using Wrike for workflow management, planning, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle both planned and unexpected tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Background in marketing or experience in environments with heavy agency involvement to enrich Agile delivery.
- Expertise in helping teams embrace new Agile practices in a dynamic atmosphere.
