Join us as a Slate CRM Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing and maintaining CRM systems for higher education clients. This freelance opportunity offers the flexibility to manage 55 hours over several months, focusing on efficient CRM processes.
Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize CRM forms and entry points for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to standardize workflows and ensure alignment with enrollment objectives.
- Implement key data governance initiatives to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate data integration enhancements and support third-party application interactions.
- Develop testing scenarios to validate CRM changes align with business requirements.
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing.
Skills
- Expertise in Slate CRM administration with proven experience in configuration and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and align CRM solutions with business needs.
- Proficiency in managing CRM data integrations and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience in identifying business process improvements and translating them into system enhancements.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with other CRM systems such as Ellucian Recruit, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Experience in a consulting role, enhancing business operations within the higher education sector.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provides innovative solutions.
