We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Marketing Science. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and drive impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and uncover meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
• Support the creation and management of data tables for various applications within the organization.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on key aspects of the marketing ecosystem using data visualization tools.
• Conduct focused analyses to answer business questions and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Analytics, IT, and Marketing teams to enhance the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
• Champion a hybrid analytics model, educating peers on data solutions and best practices.
• Manage data processing efficiency, including automation and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills

• A minimum of three years of experience in a Marketing Analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing data types, including web/mobile analytics and advertising analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, and Invoca.
• An intrapreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
