We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets and play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate performance metrics and marketing content to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct statistical testing and report on the results of A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Design and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor program health.
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries from business leaders regarding customer behavior and trends.
- Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to uncover significant patterns in customer data.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to inform business decisions.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience working with complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on translating business requirements into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAS or similar data analysis software.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Background in marketing or related disciplines.
