We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead critical transportation operations and automation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact programs and drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment across various teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for various workstreams.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to enhance program adoption and execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external partner deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment on timelines and resource commitments.

Skills

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in technology or operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or a relevant master's degree.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and IoT deployments.
