Step into the role of Scrum Master and help facilitate an Agile transformation within a dynamic team, focusing on adopting best practices and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile practices to assist the team in delivering an exam workflow tool effectively.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure alignment and progress in the Agile lifecycle.
- Capture project requirements and assist in updating user stories for the workflow tool enhancement.
- Provide leadership in backlog management, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computing Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of project or initiative leadership experience.
- 2 years of IT portfolio and customer relationship management experience.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience executing as a scrum master in an agile transformation.
- PMP Certification, PMI-ACP, Scaled Agile Framework, CSM, or similar.
- Exceptional facilitation skills to guide teams towards self-organization and success.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services as they relate to developing and improving workflow systems.
