Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in advancing project success and organizational growth through agile practices. In this position, you’ll work at the core of operations in Washington, D.C., contributing directly to the development of innovative solutions that enhance examiner workflow tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document application requirements effectively.
- Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies to facilitate team alignment and project workflow.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in the desired project outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation and updates of user stories to support development sprints.
- Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of a cutting-edge examiner workflow tool leveraging AWS cloud services.
Skills
- Proven experience in Agile application development and managing business requirements for web-based UI projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for articulating ideas clearly.
- Ability to work effectively onsite with the project team and stakeholders to refine and prioritize requirements.
- Skilled in creating detailed user stories and facilitating backlog refinement sessions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in projects that replace legacy systems with cloud-based solutions.
- Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services and their application in business tools.
