We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging in extensive travel across the United States, contributing to innovative robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and commission robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Lead on-site deployment teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to solve real-time problems and drive process improvements.
- Develop technical documentation and modify processes as necessary.
- Manage project KPIs, focusing on timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, quality, and safety.
- Collect and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the US to support project needs.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (STEM) or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience interpreting technical drawings and CAD models in field settings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and schedules effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
- Experience in roles requiring extensive travel.
- Background in data-driven decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
