Join a dynamic academic health system seeking an innovative End-User Computing (EUC) Manager. Lead and enhance enterprise desktop and collaboration platforms to support a complex, highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate in managing virtual desktop platforms and endpoint management systems.
- Develop strategies for secure, standardized desktop environments and collaborate on enhancement initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise video teleconferencing and collaboration technologies to boost clinical and administrative operations.
- Establish and uphold best practices and policies for end-user computing, ensuring alignment with ITIL and security protocols.
- Guide and empower EUC engineers for excellence, while managing vendor relations and budgets.
Skills
- Five years of escalating experience in end-user computing or related IT infrastructure sectors.
- Effective leadership with at least three years of managerial experience.
- Proficient in Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Technical proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including SharePoint Online.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in supporting healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledgeable in ITIL service management and identity management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
