Responsibilities

• Lead and innovate in managing virtual desktop platforms and endpoint management systems.
• Develop strategies for secure, standardized desktop environments and collaborate on enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise video teleconferencing and collaboration technologies to boost clinical and administrative operations.
• Establish and uphold best practices and policies for end-user computing, ensuring alignment with ITIL and security protocols.
• Guide and empower EUC engineers for excellence, while managing vendor relations and budgets.

Skills

• Five years of escalating experience in end-user computing or related IT infrastructure sectors.
• Effective leadership with at least three years of managerial experience.
• Proficient in Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Technical proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including SharePoint Online.
