We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape performance metrics and drive insights that influence strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators across various programs.
- Analyze conversion rates and program effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior leadership, supporting executive decision-making.
- Build automated reporting pipelines to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad hoc analysis and establish success metrics for new initiatives.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a knack for translating data into business insights.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including modeling and data visualization.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and data automation tools like Airflow or dbt.
- Experience in analyzing sales funnels and understanding growth metrics.
- Background in a high-growth, platform-based business environment.
- Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
