JOB DESCRIPTION

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual to elevate our team as a Sr. IT - Technical Program Manager. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leading large-scale projects and collaborating with multifaceted teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate large-scale technology projects by collaborating with diverse teams
  • Design and implement effective project schedules, ensuring synchronization among stakeholders
  • Facilitate technical solution mapping and dependency exercises for seamless integration
  • Plan and oversee testing and deployment processes with precision
  • Communicate project progress through regular updates and status reports
  • Document program activities to support future initiatives

Skills

  • Extensive experience in managing technical projects within an agile environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with different leadership levels
  • Proficiency in identifying technical challenges and proposing effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery processes
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Adeptness with MS Office applications and various project management tools
