We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced individual to elevate our team as a Sr. IT - Technical Program Manager. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leading large-scale projects and collaborating with multifaceted teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large-scale technology projects by collaborating with diverse teams
- Design and implement effective project schedules, ensuring synchronization among stakeholders
- Facilitate technical solution mapping and dependency exercises for seamless integration
- Plan and oversee testing and deployment processes with precision
- Communicate project progress through regular updates and status reports
- Document program activities to support future initiatives
Skills
- Extensive experience in managing technical projects within an agile environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with different leadership levels
- Proficiency in identifying technical challenges and proposing effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery processes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Adeptness with MS Office applications and various project management tools
