We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to user-centered design and enhance digital experiences through impactful research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product design decisions.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to integrate user feedback into the development process.
- Manage multiple research projects independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives and timelines.
- Develop and document best practices for user research methodologies and tools.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, particularly in eCommerce or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in usability testing, qualitative interviewing, and survey design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, UserTesting.com, and Dovetail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
- A background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members.
