Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with software and security engineers to design and implement cutting-edge security solutions.
- Ensure all cybersecurity visibility requirements are fulfilled in partnership with the network engineering team.
- Evaluate and enhance configuration management and orchestration environments for optimum efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews and ensure solutions align with security and operational standards.
Skills
- Minimum of eight years' experience in network engineering, visibility architecture, or network security engineering.
- Expertise in Linux administration and enterprise configuration management tools.
- Strong grasp of networking basics such as TCP/IP, routing protocols, and firewall concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation and system optimization.
- Excellent documentation skills for communication of technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with optimizing security monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms like Kibana or Splunk.
- Hands-on experience with network packet analysis tools.
