JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and implement project deliverables effectively. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of project deliverables as defined in the project charter.
  • Ensure project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality meet success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage and inform key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support.
  • Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks, managing interdependencies to achieve defined goals.
  • Identify resource requirements and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure skilled resources are available.
  • Hold team members accountable for their contributions and provide coaching as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts, adhering to approved methodologies.
  • Analyze project performance and implement corrective actions to ensure success.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and action plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the transition of the project into daily operations upon completion.

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects from design to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle ambiguity effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
  • Background in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in challenging situations.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
