Responsibilities

• Organize seasonal product samples to streamline their use for creative and merchandising purposes.
• Monitor sample arrivals and address any scheduling issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain order and accessibility by managing sample racks and storage areas.
• Contribute to studio set up and ensure the area remains tidy and efficient.
• Coordinate seasonal projects and assist with sample donations.
• Prioritize tasks to meet team deadlines and objectives.
• Support miscellaneous tasks, including photographing studio assets.

Skills

• Excellence in organizing with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Competence in using Excel and the capacity to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Flexibility to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.
