Responsibilities
- Lead and support key organizational change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and execute effective change strategies.
- Design and deliver clear and compelling executive-level presentations and communications.
- Guide the organization toward new processes, structures, and operating models.
Skills
- Proven expertise in driving change management within an organization.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage various stakeholders.
- Experience in organizational design and its application in change strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consulting, particularly with call center operations.
- Familiarity with offshoring or outsourcing transformations.
