Responsibilities
- Draft and refine actionable user guides and process documentation for workforce planning management.
- Develop engaging content for both stakeholders and digital platforms, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Customize content to meet the needs of Finance leaders, HRBPs, and business executives, ensuring relevance and informativeness.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Over four years of experience in creating business communications, particularly for enterprise software or HR systems.
- Proven ability to transform complex technical ideas into clear, easily understood guidance for various audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Track record in developing impactful documentation and training materials for Finance or HR audiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional multitasking skills in fast-paced environments, coupled with a strong customer-focused approach.
