Responsibilities

• Draft and refine actionable user guides and process documentation for workforce planning management.
• Develop engaging content for both stakeholders and digital platforms, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Customize content to meet the needs of Finance leaders, HRBPs, and business executives, ensuring relevance and informativeness.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Over four years of experience in creating business communications, particularly for enterprise software or HR systems.
• Proven ability to transform complex technical ideas into clear, easily understood guidance for various audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Track record in developing impactful documentation and training materials for Finance or HR audiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional multitasking skills in fast-paced environments, coupled with a strong customer-focused approach.
