Join our dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager, where you’ll lead crucial projects and drive innovative solutions in asset management and device tagging. This high-impact role requires you to manage multiple teams and oversee large-scale initiatives with precision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring consistent management and progress.
- Implement program controls to maintain a structured management framework.
- Coordinate program activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, keeping projects on track.
- Facilitate collaboration and interdependencies across various workstreams.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project deliverables and drive program success.
Skills
- Extensive project management experience with large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven ability in managing substantial project budgets, over $10 million.
- Strong leadership in software implementation across multiple workstreams.
- Effective vendor management, including financial oversight and strategic collaboration.
- Expertise in change management impacting a large user base.
- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and accrual-based accounting.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the utility sector.
- Knowledge of OT asset management.
