We are seeking a skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within a collaborative environment, focusing on healthcare data integration and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL workflows and mappings to facilitate data integration.
• Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with data modelers and database administrators to enhance architecture.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to maintain high-quality standards.
• Document operational procedures and maintain compliance with coding standards.
• Utilize data quality tools for profiling and validation of data transformations.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficient in Oracle and PL/SQL with a strong focus on performance tuning.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare data, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Knowledge of modern technologies like Snowflake or AWS.
• Experience with data modeling techniques for data warehouse environments.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulatory requirements.
