We are seeking a skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within a collaborative environment, focusing on healthcare data integration and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL workflows and mappings to facilitate data integration.
- Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with data modelers and database administrators to enhance architecture.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to maintain high-quality standards.
- Document operational procedures and maintain compliance with coding standards.
- Utilize data quality tools for profiling and validation of data transformations.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- Proficient in Oracle and PL/SQL with a strong focus on performance tuning.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare data, including Medicaid and Medicare.
- Knowledge of modern technologies like Snowflake or AWS.
- Experience with data modeling techniques for data warehouse environments.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulatory requirements.
